2-2: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u3000Good Corporate Governance Committee The Board of<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> Directors recognizes the importance of good corporate governance, and the Company complies with the policies of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and related laws and regulations in accordance with established Good Corporate Governance Principles. We will do To that end, the Board of Directors <\/span>approves <\/span><\/span><\/span>the formation of the Good Corporate Governance Committee and grants the following authority and responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2-2-1: To propose to the Board of Directors measures to achieve good corporate governance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2-2-2: Based on the Good Corporate Governance Principles, monitor the business execution of directors and management to comply with international principles and principles established by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2-2-3: Review our Good Corporate Governance Policy at least once a year in order to comply with international guidelines and standards recommended by the department in charge of good governance development and cooperation of the Thai Stock Exchange and related departments. To revise.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2-2-4: Report the achievement status of our Good Corporate Governance to the Board of Directors, and at the same time submit opinions, implementation measures and proposals for improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2-2-5: Hold a meeting of the Good Corporate Governance Committee as needed. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Meetings should be held at least twice a year and the results should be reported to the Board of Directors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2-2-6: Prepare a corporate governance performance report of the Good Corporate Governance Committee and publish it in our annual report.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
